Jorge Marín is a maker of winged beings, rafts, and animals and how much it serves to raise consciousness through art to promote reflection about our societies.

Another artist whose art was exhibited in Mexico was Jorge Marin; his work was displayed along the Avenida de la Reforma section, which intersected the Parque de Chapultepec in Mexico City.  His most known sculpture, Wings of Mexico, has been exhibited worldwide, and it’s a crowd favorite, perhaps the most photographed of his sculptures.

According to his bio, Jorge Marín has become a prominent figure in the Mexican art scene with a career spanning over 30 years. Throughout his artistic journey, Marín has delved into various artistic disciplines and experimented with a wide range of materials, showcasing his versatility as an artist. However, it was through his exploration that Marín stumbled upon the expressive potential of bronze, a discovery that would come to define his distinctive artistic style.

Using the medium of bronze, Marín has masterfully captured the essence of anatomical perfection and the vibrant vitality of living matter in his sculptures.  In addition to their aesthetic value, Marín's sculptures have also played a transformative role in public spaces, forging a unique connection between art and the viewer.
